18.06.2009 Halton Indoors operations in Europe are now ISO 9001 and 14001 certifiedHalton Indoors’ quality management systems of all of the production and customer service sites are now certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001. As the latest, quality management system of Halton Indoors Crepy unit received ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. Halton operations’ quality management complies with ISO 9001. In addition, Halton is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its activities and to continuously seeking improvement in its environmental performance according to the ISO 14001 standard. Now all of the Halton Indoors’ units have been certified as compliant with the standards. As the latest the quality and environment management systems of Halton Indoors’ Crepy unit, located in France, was certified. Halton Indoors develops, markets and manufactures indoor climate products and solutions for various applications in commercial and public buildings. - For our customers, the certification of our quality systems further strengthens confidence on the continuity and overall quality of operations. It also proves that we aim to improve our operations continuously. We are now a member of an active network of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified companies in Europe. And the development continues. The next step is work security. SBU Crepy is preparing the OHSAS18001 certification, says Pascal Martin, Director of The Halton Indoors Crepy unit. Halton has a long history in development of the quality management systems. Halton operations’ quality management complies with ISO 9001 and 14001. From Halton Indoors two factories in Europe, the Finnish units’ quality systems were certified in 1990’s. Now also the French quality system was formally certified by AFNOR (AFAQ).
